We feature two new coffees every month. Each RISE box contains two to four bags of freshly roasted speciality coffee, each sourced from a different independent UK roaster. Every box also includes tasting notes and roaster information so you know exactly what you're brewing.
Your box arrives every 4 weeks by default, but you can switch to every 6 or 8 weeks at any time from your account, or receive more frequently every 2 or 3 weeks. Deliveries are sent Royal Mail 48-hour tracked as standard.
Yes — you can select whole bean, espresso, cafetière, filter or aeropress grind when you sign up, and change it at any time from your account dashboard.
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account — no phone calls, no hoops to jump through. If you pause rather than cancel, your discounts and rewards stay in place for when you return.
Absolutely. We offer a dedicated decaf subscription featuring taste-tested, speciality grade decaf from independent roasters. Same quality, zero caffeine — switchable from your account at any time.
