One of their favourite coffees, the Brazil, is a natural coffee from the Cachoeira farm in Minas Gerais, grown by Victor & Danilo Barbosa. This coffee received a cupping score of 85, and is best enjoyed as filter. It's super sweet - so expect notes of Apricot and melon with a creamy body.

A medium roast ensures a balanced cup, with notes of chocolate and caramel dancing on your palate, accented by a subtle fruitiness that adds a delightful twist.
