- Ground Cafetiere - This is pre-ground and ready to go. Ideal for classic French presses or cafetieres.
- Medium Ground - Perfect for pour over and filter coffee. Think: Chemex and V60 designs.
- Fine Ground - Best for espresso machines or moka pots.
Whatever grind you choose, rest assured all of our coffee is of the highest quality, 100% Arabica specialty. It’s 84+ SCA scored, and is freshly roasted to order.

The roasters:
Based in Oxford, the Missing Bean team are a growing family of passionate coffee lovers with 5 coffee shops. The business has been going for 11 years and was founded by Ori and Vicky, who both fell in love with coffee after being in Sydney (like Ben and I!)
The farmers:
Ori went out to visit Santiago and his family in 2019 - he loved every second on the Finca and could tell instantly it was a happy, healthy place to work. The coffee is shade grown and the farm itself is completely organic. We have been working with Santiago for over 4 years and each year we receive better and more complex coffees from him. It's quickly become a MB classic coffee and it's a relationship that we're so proud of.
